JFE Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. (JFEM) is pleased to announce the successful commencement of operations for its roof-mounted solar PV system as of 5th December 2024. With an installed capacity of 1.2 MW, this marks the largest installation of its kind for JFEM.

 

The solar PV system will meet the energy needs of Kayaku Safety Systems Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (KMY) in Seremban under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). The opening ceremony, held on 17th December, represents a significant milestone in our partnership with this prominent organization.

 

We take pride in supplying solar energy to our consumers, with free maintenance provided throughout the contract period. The system is expected to generate 1,500 MWh of solar energy annually, reducing CO2 emissions by an estimated 1,160 tons.
